Renting portable toilets is a practical and convenient solution for events, construction projects, and outdoor gatherings. But it’s important to plan ahead, understand how to choose the best location, and know what to expect throughout the process.

Where should portable toilets be placed?

The right spot for your portable toilets can make a huge difference in how safe, accessible, and convenient they are for those that need to use them. Consider these important factors when choosing a location.

• Proximity: the toilets should be close to the main activities without being intrusive (like too close to food or dining areas) or blocking the flow of traffic.
• Flat ground: choose a level spot to ensure stability and reduce the risk of operational issues.
• Accessibility: look for a spot with easy access for delivery and service trucks to access the portable toilets. A spot with narrow or obstructed paths can make installation and servicing more difficult.

Once you’ve selected a site (and don’t worry, we can help with that) we’ll work with you to coordinate delivery and placement. Our team will place the units accordingly and ensure they’re level, stable, and running properly.

Will my portable toilets need maintenance?

Depending on how long you’re renting portable toilets, you may need to plan for maintenance like regular cleaning, restocking supplies, and waste removal.

What else do I need to consider before renting portable toilets?

Certain scenarios can require extra preparation before placing and securing portable toilets. If you’re planning a large event, like a music festival, you may need additional units to avoid bottlenecks and congestion and remote locations can bring additional logistics challenges. Depending on the time of year, you may also need to account for weather conditions like rain, wind, or extreme heat.

Are portable toilets the right solution for a corporate event or wedding?

Portable toilets can be a great option for any large event, but our toilet trailers make for an elevated, accessible alternative. They include premium amenities and provide a more upscale look, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.

What options are there for portable toilets on a construction site?

Portable toilets and flushable units are ideal for construction sites, providing a great, safe option in remote locations. Plus, hand wash options are also available for additional hygiene measures.
