Have you ever been to an event where it seems like there’s hundreds of people and only one toilet? With portable toilets, your event will never have that problem. Not only are portable toilets a practical way to accommodate a crowd, but they also provide a great deal of flexibility and accessible options to ensure you get exactly what you need.

Does my event need portable toilets?

Portable toilets may not be the most glamorous part of event planning, but they are crucial for keeping attendees comfortable and safe. Whether you’re planning a festival, a corporate gathering, an outdoor wedding, or overseeing construction–there’s a portable toilet option to suit your needs.

Why are portable toilets important for my event?

Long lines and unhygienic facilities can lead to a range of problems, issues with clean up and waste, and general dissatisfaction among your guests.

Moreover, many local regulations require event organizers to provide a minimum number of restrooms based on the number of attendees. This makes it even more important to plan for the right number of portable toilets to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

How many toilets will my event need?

As a general rule, aim for one toilet per 50 people. However, it’s important to consider these other important factors.

• How long is the event? The longer the event, the more facilities you’re likely to need to ensure they’re not overused and remain available.
• What type of event is it? For large festivals, concerts, or sporting events, you may want to increase the number of toilets as these tend to draw a larger crowd where people may be exerting themselves and need the restroom more often.
• Is there alcohol being served? If your event is serving alcohol it’s a good idea to increase the number of facilities as alcohol consumption increases the need for the restroom significantly.
