The first step is to pump out the tank. After the pump out, our technician uses camera diagnostics and a visual check to review the condition of the tank. Our non-certified inspection report provides information on the overall health of the system.
Do I need to be present for a septic inspection?
Yes, we may need to access the interior of the residence to complete this work.
Reminder that the lid for the septic tank is to be exposed prior to our visit. If you cannot locate your lid, contact our office 604-792-6070 to book a location service.
Do I need to be present for a septic service (pump-out)?
No, if the site is ready for our visit we can complete this work without you being present.

We recommend septic tanks be serviced every 3 to 5 years.
Where are the boundaries for local septic disposal?
Many cities/districts (City of Chilliwack, for example) will only take residential septic waste from within their city limits. Some areas (such as Chilliwack Lake, Hope, Agassiz, Harrison Hot Springs) are to have their septic waste taken to the Vancouver Wastewater Treatment plant on Annacis Island.
